Day 10
Bath time last night -

I didn't manage to get any good pictures of us shopping, most of my 'expertise' was needed for signing for purchases. One interesting thing to note about the shopping (we went to the Apollo) was that each area had 2 or 3 people working it (an area would be about a 10 x 20 ft area of similar items). These people were very attentive and, if you found something you liked, they would write up a bill for it, then you would go to a common cashier and pay for it. The cashier would give you a receipt that you took back to the original area and then they would give you the item(s). I got to know a couple of the cashiers real well... We bought a few outfits, some pj's, and some more Chinese baby bottles - and the best invention ever - the sticky bowl.
When we got back to the hotel we had a first birthday party for Lucinda in the playroom. It was really funny seeing all the parents trying to entertain the kids. Soap bubbles work in China, too.
Here's Callan with her favorite toy in the playroom, she likes it because she can pull herself up and stand behind it :

Who knows if this is cake, cheerios, or something off the floor - maybe all three:

This is a shot of about half our group at the party.

Hangover after the party:

And finally at dinner later that night (dinner in the hotel). The sticky bowl is a lifesaver. Callan's main goal when we go out is to play with all the people food and try to eat it. She really wants to feed herself.
